Terms of Service

The use of services from Psi Webhosting, and/or Psi Productions constitutes agreement to these terms.

1) Account Setup / Email on file

Your account will be setup when we have received payment in full and us and/or our payment processors have evaluated your payments for fraud. You must provide us with an e-mail address that will not resolve to the domain being registered with Psi Webhosting. It is your responsibility to ensure the Email address on file is up to date and accurate.

2) Content

All services may be used only for lawful purposes. The laws of Florida, Texas, and The United States apply to hosting with Psi Webhosting.

The customer agrees to hold Psi Webhosting harmless from any claims resulting from the use of our services.

It is against policy to host material which infringes on copyright and intellectual property rights. If you would like to report a violation of copyright of trademark, please e-mail Abuse@psipro.com, ownership verification requirements will be required.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Any material which we deem to violate this terms of service will be removed from our servers with or without notice.

If you fail to respond to our inquires within 48 hours of your account being suspended your account may be immediately terminated at our digression.

If you have a question as to the legality of your content please contact support before placing it on the server.

Any site found to contain illegal material may be terminated without notice. Sites containing Child Pornography or linking to such items will be terminated without notice, and reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

3) Spam - ZERO TOLERANCE

We do not tolerate SPAM being sent from our servers and will take action against any accounts found to be sending unsolicited e-mail. All accounts found to be in violation will be terminated immediately.

Psi Productions reserve the right to charge the account found to be SPAMing for any clean up fees resulting from the unsolicited mail.

4) Payment Information

The account holder is responsible for providing a working payment method to Psi Productions in advanced of the hosted period. You agree that until Psi Productions is notified, your account may be charged based on the payment plan you had previously selected when signing up.

5) Backups and Data Loss

Use of Psi Webhosting services is done at your own risk. Psi Webhosting is not responsible for the loss of data and/or data residing on your account. The restoration of an account backup can be done for a nominal fee to be determined by Psi Webhosting.

6) Account Transfer

Psi Productions can attempt to transfer your account from another hosting provider to our servers. Although we will strive to provide the most adequate service, Psi Productions accepts no responsibility for errors in the transfer of your site.

7) Cancellations and Refunds

Your account may be canceled at any time. After canceling your account, your website hosted on our servers will be deactivated immediately. Refunds will be determined at the sole discretion of Psi Production on a case-by-case basis.

8) Resource Usage

Violation of any of the following could result in your account being suspended.
1) Using 25% or more of the server resources for a time period exceeding 90seconds.
2) Run any form of data-server application. These include, but are not limited to, real-time chat applications, IRC bots or servers. Remotely hosted services are fully allowed.
3) Running Standalone applications and/or unattended server-side processes.
4) Any IRC interface.
5) Running any game servers.

9) Bandwidth Usage

Your site is provided with limited bandwidth per month. Should your website exceed the allotted bandwidth we reserve the right to suspend your account until the start of the next allotment is distributed.

10) Uptime Guarantee

Uptime of our servers is determined by the uptime as reported by the operating system. Third party applications cannot be used to determine a site's uptime as they are subject to network outtages outside of the care of Psi Productions.

Changes to the TOS

Psi Productions reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of service at at time.
